S@imon Apps ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications.
Information We Collect
Our apps may collect the following types of information:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: App interactions, features used, time spent in app
- Advertising Data: Ad interactions for personalized advertising
Data Storage (iCashly)
Personal Data (Offline)
iCashly stores all your personal financial data locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal financial information, transactions, or budgets. Your personal data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
Groups (Offline Mode)
When you create an Offline Group, all group data is stored only on your device. No data is transmitted to any server. You can share group information with others by exporting PDFs.
Groups (Online Mode) - Optional
When you explicitly choose to create an Online Group, the following applies:
- Data Storage: Group data is stored on secure Firebase servers (Google Cloud Platform) to enable real-time synchronization between group members.
- Access Control: Only you and the members you invite can access the group data. Each group is protected by a unique code that you control.
- What We Store: Group name, member names, transactions, budgets, and savings goals associated with the group. We do NOT store personal identification documents, bank account numbers, or login credentials.
- Data Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
- No Third-Party Access: We (S@imon Apps) do not access, sell, or share your group financial data with anyone. The data exists solely to provide the synchronization service.
- Data Deletion: When a group owner deletes an Online Group, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
We use Google AdMob to display ads in our apps. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out of personalized advertising
- Request deletion of your data
- Contact us with privacy concerns
